SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced Service delivery Manager for an exciting, long term project at our Client. You will be working in a team of highly experienced professionals in a state-of-the-art environment. Work location: Den Haag, The Netherlands. Starting Date will be beginning of 2018, 40 hours per week.

Job Description:

The Service Delivery Manager's general responsibilities include:

Managing day-to-day delivery of Services to the client

Ensuring delivery of all service deliverables

Reporting on performance of the delivered Services

Ensuring that the Services are delivered in accordance with the Service

Level Agreements

Managing and ensuring an integrated service delivery within the required responsibility

Required key skills and knowledge include:

Strong service and project management skills based on experience with outsourcing arrangements

Knowledge and experience of industry standards, such as Information Technology

Infrastructure Library (ITIL)

Strong knowledge of measurement processes, procedures and methodologies, including the ability to drive behaviour across internal Service delivery units

Knowledge of service integration processes and procedures, including the ability to define and meet the client's business requirements

Ability to understand, design, and manage incident, problem, change, configuration and release management processes and procedures in a managed services environment
